1/29 - 2/4

Getting back on the wagon!

Sunday night = new to us recipe  :o)  this week it is portobello and basil cheese tortellini.  We had fresh bread and salad with it.

Monday  - yoyo (your on your own) soccer tonight from we won't be home until 7.  That means leftovers, breakfast or something else simple.

Tuesday - orange chicken with tons of veggies over brown rice.  I actually only make about 3 servings of the chicken for all 5 of us...that way there is more room for veggies.  We add snap peas, carrots, bell peppers, onions, and one of us adds broccoli .

Wednesday - mini meatloafs, salad, and homemade rice pilaf.  the meatloaf is made in muffin tins...that way I can make extra, freeze them and we can pull them out 2 or 3 at a time later on.  (like on a yoyo night ;o)

Thursday - yoyo  soccer and softball tonight, the difference is we get home at 7:30 instead of 7  :oP

Friday - softball again tonight, so I will have all the fixings ready for homemade pizzas, and we will just throw them in the oven when we get home.

Saturday - pepperoni and cheese ravioli with roasted green beans and mushrooms in a parmesan/balsamic glaze
